Anderzander
Are there any recommendations for cargo nets please? I want to put one in the back of my 80” as ceiling storage - Some I’ve looked at look like they will be super flimsy …. (Lots on eBay) Some seem insanely expensive? - https://rocknroad4x4.com/product-category/webbing-cargo-nets/ Some look like they may be the right sort of quality / price ? https://www.kaiserkraft.co.uk/cargo-restraints/load-securing-nets/cargo-net/for-car-lxw-900-x-900-mm/p/M4521995/?articleNumber=532181&utm_content=Cargo-restraints>Load-securing-nets&utm_term=532181&customerType=B2C&PC=1GOS&storefront=current&gclid=CjwKCAjwz_WGBhA1EiwAUAxIcY7u7fu3SNBkQ0ohRIZ23c-eZJUzuvYxxJPWh7ystUE0TJJrY4BFVBoCABEQAvD_BwE Any insights people could share would be appreciate 🙂

miketomcat
The one I have in the roof of the ibex is a trailer bungee luggage net, it works well but I had to double up on the bungee cord as the squares were a bit big. The 110 has a cheap eBay special hanging on one side it's good enough to throw coats in but I doubt it would take much more. Mike
hurbie
i use a trailer cargo net , removed the bungee cord , and fitted a wire cord through it , on the front and back there's a aluminium tube supporting the front and back , the side's are fixed to aircraft cargo rails (mounted on the side's just under the roof)
Badger110
I came across a golf net which is what is used in front of golfers who want to practice their swings. If you hunt around you can pick them up pretty cheap and they’re about 3sqm in size
Badger110
https://www.networldsports.co.uk/golf/golf-nets/22mm-golf-impact-ball-stop-netting-standard-size.html This is the stuff, it's basically cargo net but a fraction of the price you would pay in any 4x4 orientated shop or outlet and will come with sewn seamed edges. It's less than £30 for 3sqm. I was lucky and picked up a huge sheet of it for free

landroversforever
Have you seen the rigid basket types instead? I like them as they keep stuff up out of the way better than something which can sag.
