miketomcat
Told you I was doing it on a serious budget...... It's just a sand and cement mix floated on as best I could. I coated the original concrete with a bitumen paint first to hopefully keep the damp out. Mike

FridgeFreezer
I'm hoping it'll lighten up as it drys out but I'm not holding my breath. Dare I suggest floor paint or is that too extravagant?
miketomcat
There may be some vinyl flooring in the offing but if that doesn't come off paint is on the cards. The front half is the original floor of the shed with laminate flooring which works surprisingly well so that's an option to. Mike
miketomcat
I've cladded the front bits this morning, just needs a coat of paint to tidy the front up. Mostly inside now, still got to remove old walls. Mike

miketomcat
Back wall is fully down now and amazingly the floor levels are near enough the same. I'm not moving stuff into the back section yet as I'm going to paint the rear floor (yes fridge I'm going to paint it 😛), oh and I may have an engine swap that's going to take precedence. Mind that should give the screed time to dry out properly before I paint. Mike

Popular Post miketomcat
Looks less like slurry now. Not sure how it'll last and it could do with another coat (it won't be getting one though). Hopefully I can start moving stuff around and into.
