fearofweapons Posted July 30 Author Share Posted July 30 Thanks gents. Without the washers the nut will not do up tight against the bush, so it will 'slop' about on the pin without them. bishbosh Posted July 30 Share Posted July 30 Definitely round to the bush - imaging the movement of the shck as the axle cycles - the head of the shock needs to rotate about an axis perpendicular to the mount (by deforming the bush).
