1990 110: Rear Shock Absorbers

Thanks gents. Without the washers the nut will not do up tight against the bush, so it will 'slop' about on the pin without them.

As for domed or flat side against the bush - still non the wiser as two conflicting answers............

Definitely round to the bush - imaging the movement of the shck as the axle cycles - the head of the shock needs to rotate about an axis perpendicular to the mount (by deforming the bush). If you want to snap the head off the shock put the flat side against it and do the bolt up tight.

That's actually really useful. I couldn't for the life of me make the logic jump as to why it wouldn't be flat against the bush...
