hmmm beadlocks

nice one nick.

what variety are these then-weld on? do you know where they came from, and were there any problems with installation from poor manufacturing?

gives us a good oppotunity to have another debate about whether or not they are road legal :D

What are your lazers like at cutting thicker than 20mm ? I've got to find where i work a company who can cut 20+

The people we use now can't do more the 15 accurately

From 4mm inclusive upto and including 12.5mm we use pickled and oiled 43A / S275 or mill pickled HRP4 for a good cut quality. After 12.5mm thickness we switch to Raex http://www.hartox.com.pl/upload_files/tech...f4c04a39e708bea but just the Mild Steel variety, this has low Silicon and cuts very well in 15mm and 20mm thickness, although being dry (not pickled and oiled) can be difficult with small features.

Above 20mm and upto 100mm we use water jet, using the latest dynamic head to eliminate cutting taper which was always a problem with this process here http://www.flowcorp.com/waterjet-resources.cfm?id=359
