Jon White
Probably not enough! Basically a disovery 200tdi manifold will not fit a 109. You'll need to find defender manifolds, or do some modifying! Jon
selectcase
Sorry but i thought you were allready aware of this problem fron your previous thread 200 tdi in to straight six chassis if you lift the engine up you wil need to modify the bulkhead - your best bet is a set of defender 200tdi inlet manifolds and modify the alternator - there is a very detailed thread on fitting a 200tdi in to a 109 on the series 2 club forum pinned in the mechanical matters section where three or four of us were all contributing our experiences of this conversion. You could even use the 2.5td inlet, turbo and exhaust, i saw that on this forum somewhere in the past six months cheers will

LR90
Well have to admit I'm relieved to see you've found a way round this. I never thought for a moment there was trouble fitting the Disco lumb in a series. And reading the other thread, congrats on what looks like a very neat solution
