simonr
I got the following reply from the chap: Hi, Thanks for looking, I have had a few similar questions, as I am unable to revise the description as bids have now been placed here goes. This LR was rebuilt on 02/03/1995 on a 1985 90 chassis, with a Turbo diesel engine. Then it was upgraded to a 200TDi engine in 2001. This is tax exempt & all approved by DVLA. The V5 log book matches original chassis. It also includes engineers report for insurances purposes. Si
Bowie69
So..... in what way would it ever qualify for tax exempt status? Got me very confused :s
FridgeFreezer
If it was done in '95 it could well be pre-SVA although I wonder where that leaves you these days? If it was built & had its identity checked / V5 updated back then it may have been fine. What happens if you get pulled over in it today though?
