Feeling smug here as I have just dropped a trouser size - now comfortable in a 36 - and am finally below 14 and 1/2 stone. Might I suggest cycling miles and miles on a really basic MB, giving up sugar, all snacking and generally everything you really enjoy in the way of food and drink.
