mmgemini
Are you in an MSA club. If so ask the comp secretary the sectrary or the chairman for one of the extra ones they get. I get one each year. No comp license, my cop secretay gives it to me. I think the club gets six copies. mike

najw
Or get yourself an MSA clubman's license for a tenner and get a free one! http://www.msauk.org/site/cms/contentViewA...mp;category=656 Bear in mind that licenses run for the calendar year so if you apply now your license will expire 31 December 2008. You'll still get your bargain Blue Book though
Dave W
A PDF version of the blue book is available for download from the MSA web site if you have a login. I'll see if I can find any restrictions on it's distribution, all it says on the download page is... IMPORTANT NOTICE - PDF BLUEBOOKThis electronic (pdf) version of the 2008 MSA Yearbook is provided for reference purposes only. For the resolution of queries and disputes the definitive rules are as published in the 2008 MSA Yearbook. If you want to look at a specific section maybe PM me with the section and I'll see if I can help.
Dave W
Having looked at it again, you can probably gain access to the download page by setting up a login on the MSA site using the public signup option. When you are logged in the "Competitors and Officials Yearbook" appears under the Member Publications menu and you can download it from there. http://www.msauk.org/
