serious2a
Hi, As I don't know what this transmission brake assembly is intended to fit, I have posted this query in this particular forum, rightly or wrongly. I only have intimate experiences of some Series l/rovers and this is certainly not that, so I just haven't much of a clue. I can supply actual dimensions if necessary. Anybody know ? serious2a
Excuse my ignorance, boys but as I said I'm a 'Series' man only - what is an LT95 Range Rover? Early V8, 1980's, Classic, diesel or what?
HoggyN
Excuse my ignorance, boys but as I said I'm a 'Series' man only - what is an LT95 Range Rover? Early V8, 1980's, Classic, diesel or what? It's the original four speed gearbox used on Range Rovers, 101's etc.
missingsid
It's the original four speed gearbox used on Range Rovers, 101's etc. The housing includes the rear bearing for the centre diff and the thickness of the gasket on the aluminium flange controls the preload of the bearing. Unnecessary info probably. Marc.
ThreeSheds
Unnecessary info probably. Unnecessary maybe, but interesting non-the-less
serious2a
No info is ever un-necessary - I'll just add it to the 'un-necessary' info that fills my head! Thanks to one and all
