Wex
Odyssey. I use a Pc 1700 a my main & winch battery and use a Yellow Top as my battery for accessories and for a jumpstart (but haven't had the need to, yet).
heath robinson
There are a few good threads on here about batteries, such as This One. I subscribe to the idea of buying either the £40 mole valley jobs (what I have atm), or one of Simonr's X-charge-with-two-batteries deals. But, again it's horses for courses. Hope that helps. ajh
For either just make sure you have a 50A charger to de-sulphate annually, my PC2150 only lasted 3 years and they blamed parasitic drains. (d2)

petethepilot
The word around here goes that Optima Yellow Tops are S**t not that good. I had one as an auxiliary battery with a separating relay, and the battery lasted less than a year, with only a very little use. But i really don´t have any experiance of those Odysseys. Probably would buy anything else than Optima for sure...

Adam001
I have a Numax commercial vehicle battery for starting and winch, with a deep cycle Numax which I can jump off for all my vehicle electrics. Both are connected by a modified X-charge circuit and charged by a 125amp alternator. (that is when I finish it all )
