Maverik
Just rebuilding my front axle, on my 110, passenger side done last week and as per usual I feel I only got half the sachet of 1 shot grease in due to it being awkward and bubbling back out... So for doing the drivers side last night I took my moron hat off and put on my intellectual hat... Problem: air wants to get out the same hole I'm putting grease into... Solution: need a separate air hole... Practical: all you need to do is remove one of the bolts that holds the top swivel pin down and this allows the air to escape thus stopping bubbles of air trying to come back up the filler hole. Solved... its the first time I've actually got a whole sachet/dose of one shot into a hub without spilling a drop! Mav
Fatboy
and make sure you turn the steering so that the filler hole is unrestricted above the cavity and not close to the actual chrome ball. DC
Stevie D
Excellent timing - I'll be doing mine at the weekend cheers!
duncmc
The other thing that helps is to warm it up in a bucket of hot water first, flows better.
SPendrey
^What he said^... warm it up and it'll flow in nicely. In my case, I had both a filler and a level check bolt, so it was even easier!
Simon Smith
Or just use EP90. I have given up using one shot as it is, in my opinion, useless. It doesn't splash around enough to keep the top swivel lubricated in my opinion.
landroversforever
Never had any trouble getting EP90 in...

Simon Smith
If you really must use the horrible stuff the easiest way is to transfer it into a large syringe, big ones available from your local agricultural shop such as Scatts. Remove both filler and drain plugs and squirt it in through the drain hole.
Jamie_grieve
Good tip on the top bolt. You can put the sachet in an empty silicone tube in a caulk gun too for easy dispensing. I reckon it gets everywhere that stuff, top swivels too. EP90's a bit optimistic for lots of older Land Rovers.
Simon Smith
The reason I went back to EP was because of bone dry top swivels, even worse with railco bushes than with bearings.
