western
try Series 2 or 3 door trim or make your own, Military 90/110 never had trims fitted & I haven't seen any to retrofit.
Snagger
They did fit black plastic trims to Wolf door bottoms, though, I think, similar to those on the NAS 90s. The new canvas door pockets from Exmoor Trim look pretty good, and though not cheap, are probably comparable to the plastic cards. I'd go for the green canvas over the sand just because it'll hide shoe marks more easily. With a sheet of aluminium behind, they'd be practical, tidy and you'd have good protection of the door from errant boots.
pete3000
Made my own from 6mm marine ply, only need the lower portion as this is where you feel the cold. I stapled some foil backed plastic insulation on the rear and cut out some speaker rings cut from 2 thicknesses of 18mm ply to allow door speakers to be fitted, all this comes off and doesn't detract from the base vehicle in use. i.e chopping into the lower dash or panels. Add a splash of nato green paint and you are good to go.
GW8IZR
I got a LHS wolf door card for not much money from the bay of e ... it was brand new genuine and fits nicely. All the RHS ones have been too expensive to consider, quite why I don't know. So I have one door card fitted.
gothbiker
I spent awhile looking on eBay, iron goat panels look good just the price, I thought or make some, I would just like some ideas the series ones seem expensive for vinyl covered mdf, the us spec trims are expensive I found the part numbers and checked
Boris113
I used plywood and covered it in nylon carpet simply as a way of mounting speakers for the radio, it's a bit Heath Robinson but they work ok and cost nothing. The inner side of the door has been covered in Flashband also. If I was doing it again then would probably cut some chequer and fix that because the carpet is a pain to clean after off-roading.
