  1. sorry unable to help with that never really looked at 90 bulkhead mounts
  2. or do it properly wouldnt that be a bit hard to hide ?
  3. not got any pics wire is just below the throttle cable on the pump (pull it off and the engine will die) just extend the wire back into the cab somewhere put a switch on it then from the otherside of the switch back to the pump
  4. I always thought the coilers had a few inches extra wheelbase but identical bodywork dimensions with only small cosmetic changes. front wings n doors are the same but the rear arches are further back to make up for the 4.4 inches in wheel base
  5. if your going to shorten the chassis then u would need a front prop for the rear on a rangy chassis i removed 12 inches making it an 88 the front prop is 12 inches shorten than a rear prop so nice n easy not sure if its an issue but even if u put all the bits on from the series u'll still aft 2 keep the 90 reg
  6. depending wot your going to be useing it for i wouldnt bother cutting the chassis for the sake of 4 n a bit inches put my lightweight on a shortened rrc chassis cut down to 88, wish it wasnt quite so short as it gets a bit scary coming down steep hills with the back wheels in the air think the 90 tub is longer so the series roof wont fit unless u have a truck cab
  7. thats wot i was thinking, wheels cant have anything to do with it sounds like the torque converter playing up to me
  8. fink u get 20 squid round this way 4 them anyone remember the replacement pipe number (300tdi disco)
  9. sorry to change the subject but wot wheels n tyres are theses http://best4x4xfar.com/gallery/displayimag...=184&pos=42
  10. only had a quick read of this, but if theres any studd showing cant u just slide a nut over it and weld it on let it cool down un undo it even if u aft 2 take the caliper apart 1st had to do it on my swivel filler as i couldnt undo it.

  15. wasnt the solid bar mainly used on v8 auto's ?
  16. would that be a 90 style one where would be the best 2 get 1 ?
  17. so could i put a series expansion bottle on ? was gonna disconnect the pipe from the bottum of the disco bottle and put a 22mm plumbing air vent on it ! !
  18. anyone know if i can remove the expansion bottle from my disco 200 tdi and replace it with a RRC one, will it be ok blocking off the bottum pipe n connecting the expansion pipe direct to the top of the rad ?
