  1. Fantastic Trevor! Your 3rd piccie there, captioned ???, looks like Graham Antill getting the 'impossible' punch number 77! When I heard that he'd actually winched the entire car vertically off the ground, I strugglled to picture it. You pictured it just fine! And well done Graham, for getting a punch in a fashion apparently never dreamed of by Nigel!
  2. I'm planning on being there in two and a half weeks Fi! You sure you've got your dates right..?
  3. A mere amateur me in comparison. Just three in my carry around tool box, ans a sledge hammer in the garage. The missus has three in the kitchen though, including one very fine rubber brewery mallet, useful for tenderising steaks, and popping the flue cover of wood burning stoves!
  4. He could if he bought it.....
  5. Very tidy Steve. Nice job. Can't wait to see it all get muddy on Sunday! B)
  6. As long as it's insured at the time you tax it, I cannot see any problems with it. There's nothing to say you can't tax the vehicle the day before your insurance runs out. One day they might actual allow us to tax, insure and MOT a vehicle at the same time. I can never keep up with what's due next!
  7. That was probably us! Four of us, SimonR, myself and two non-forum members met up with Chris (GBMud) on Friday and laned our ways through East Devon down to Torquay for Friday night. Then on Saturday we headed down thru Dartmouth and across South Devon up to and around Totnes before heading back to Torquay again. Today we headed back into East Devon for a few more lanes before heading back home. Piccies and stories to follow from the others no doubt. Good time had by all.
  8. I can give you a few pointers on making foolish drunks! It involves Gin, and BishBosh for one can vouch for my expertise!
  9. Graham - You really are a star! In all of these escapades, I've only seen the Antill Mob once leave a site with no breakages.... But the beauty is, you always seem to leave nonetheless, under your own steam!! And arrive for that matter, like the first Welsh trip I was on where you all arrived at dark-o-clock having bagsied a garage on the Welsh border to fit a gear box you happened to have with you!!! Fantastic endurance everytime.. just carp prep I s'pose!!?
  10. Ah yes.... Although I won't be driving, I will be leaving the Gin at home! Mr Shouty is not 'aloud' out anymore...
  11. I just booked today, and apparently you've been moved to a single, Les! I know, 'cos I asked if I could share with you, but it seems you've been spared my snoring!
  12. Not sure who the driver was, but it was Chris 'GBMud' in the passenger seat...
  13. Yes! Nice run off area in College Green!
  14. Me too. Ford, and therefore LR, are nothing to do with GM (See here), and would therefore probably benefit from a GM downfall. Nothing scary here for LR.. B)
  15. Got some 'gear' to shift? Then this is the mota for you! B)
  16. Hmmm. Nice logo... but who's the dodgy geezer in the dirty mac? Looks like he's about to whip one out!
  17. When I was in stage crew at Surry Uni as a child, there were three Graham's in crew at that time. It turned out to be too complicated, trying to discern which Graham one was talking to after a night's rigging, a bottle of loopy juice (4pt jug of Western's Scrumpy Cider), and numerous pints of 1664, so seperate tags were assigned. Since I wandered around alot with long hair, a denim cutdown jacket, and shouting 'Metal metal metal!!!', I was christened RocKeR. This went on to become my online gaming tag (reduced to RKR as an ingame battle tag). I've been known as this for 20 years. The other Grahams became Lurch & Psycho, so there were no more Grahams in crew, and everyone was happy!
  18. belled, end, stub, bigger AND flange in the same sentence!!!! FNAR FNAR!!!!! B) !!
  19. Although I was only a passenger, courtesy of SimonR, this was quite an amusing 'sticky' interlude during the 2003 Belgium Nationals! Oops..! Wheels balanced courtesy of Chris Watts!
  20. ...or you could make the whole drum brake go away and fit a nice one of these! B)
  21. The only thing famous about that piccie is that's it's the site of the Belgium Nationals, but apart from that... nothing..
  22. Looking at the website, their Massif Central tour looks quite enticing!
