I seem to remember an old thread where someone fabricated their own rear bumperettes/corner protectors and included measurements etc on here. Cant for the life of me find that thread. Im 99% it was this forum. Does someone with a better memory than me recall who it was? Im pretty sure it was a well known member.

Apologies for slight tangent, but is there a favoured petrol version of these? Would that be too dangerous baring in mind petrol is far more volatile?

Thats a shame things arent working out as hoped with Foundry. It seemed a perfect idea. One that should have enabled you free reign design wise. Sounds like they have wasted a little of your time si. Look forward to more of your ideas. The ones so far have been great

Ive sat in a few different bucket seats in defenders. Yes they are comfy once your in them but therein lies the rub, if you'll pardon the pun... They are a pita to get in and out of. Unless you spend money and get defender-specific ones that have low base sides. You pays yer money etc... Personally i wouldnt bother unless you have the budget to get defender-specific ones OR you are lucky enough to find some from a car that have low base sides.

Absolutely right fridge. Ive always liked LR Series way of doing things whereby you can get a customized bill to the size/weight of item. Like you i had a few washers delivered and they only charged enough to cover 1st class stamp and standard envelope.. Donald thats taking the tiddle re postage for that lot. Ive known companies (admittedly not LR related) charge not much more than that to ship whatever you could fit onto a pallet from London to Ayrshire....

Im hoping they will be for general tech. My thought was to have a sub section for modifications only. Not maintenance/general jobs.

I have a pair of props that came off my old 200tdi donor vehicle. Will they fit my current setup of td5 rolling chassis and r380 gearbox? Im guessing not but im unsure if the lt77 was different length to r380.
