    Jules Scooby motor and box could be had complete for less the £1000,use RA ratios (35/36 5th) with final drive ratio of 4.4,forget what others have said in earlier posts about not being strong enough more than fine running specs i mentioned!! And all alloy construction so very light . Chris

    5-6mm would be more than enough for 'u' brackets as in the picture. Yep they have to be that way for clearance but i would mount the front shocks external to the springs i,e in front of. Chris

    Got to be ESAB or Speed Glass,own and use both makes,they get used and abused EVERY single day.We have tryd cheaper helmets but it is'nt worth the the messing around. Chris
