I had notchy steering. Sprayed UJs on steering shaft liberally with WD40 and it fixed it!
Bought new complete column from MailOrder4x4 to fit ...UJs can be bought separately but I went for the easy option
Cheers for replies.
I found some on Amazon's US site but ain't going to order until someone confirms that this model can take them...
Might call Clarke's...
Make sure they are open i.e. no TROs. Its not as simple as you think and they way this country is going you could be nicked!!

Fed up of manual loading the grease gun
Allegedly 3oz cartridges will fit the Clarke one I have....??

Anybody got one and know if I can and where you get them from?
Cheers

I've just bought wide angle props for mine from Mailorder 4x4
Fitting them soon.
They also do double cardens - call Peter and chat to him. He double checked compatability for mine (200Tdi with B/Warner).

MM4x4 do fibreglass bonnets, lower tailgates, outer front wings and rear corner panels for RRC.
THe bonnets and tailgates are pricey so I reckon if you can produce a qulaity product at a better price then go for it!
Front UJ next to diff fine.
It is most noticeable above 50ish. Below can't really hear anything. More noticeable on a straight bit of road.
Also, forgot to say that the steering has also started to get intermittent heavy spots.
Could it be a CV?
Might not be able to reply for a bit after tomorrow...PC off to repairers
When I put power on not on overrun....
Wheel bearing?
Diff?
Prop UJ?
Any tests you can recommend?
VC is fine - checked it last week.
Only thing I've done recently is replace gearbox oils.....
Cheers
