Theres a nice campsite there to with showers etc, And Ive got a 6 person tent thats 7 ft high plus, So its more like being in a caravan. It also has a divider in it to make two big rooms, So I know a lot dont like the staying on a site but for one weekend thats what I will do, Gives someone a chance for the accomodation, If anybody wants to tag along in that with me they are more than welcome. B)

I have been Edale to and cant think of a better place with the facilities.

I think both ideas are good, The treasure hunt etc is being done by other forums too, And the greenlane would also be good. I do think that to start with and put faces to names in a nice relaxed greenlane round great hills and lanes would be better. It allows strangers to mix comfortably. Maybe a treasure hunt after we have got to know each other. I also thought about having our user names on show somewhere so we know who we all are too, Or is that daft?? kind regards tris ps: It might be difficult to find somewhere for all of us to stay, And a camp site might be chilly unless we moved it forward a little...I could get my mrs to do us sandwiches tho . If we all decide on a location thats central for all then my used to be in the hotel business etc so I could get her to phone around for group discounts etc, The only thing is a large hotel is bound to be expensive?

Im in agreement with les, Just look for a topic a few weeks back on crappocks, put john craddock landrover in the search engine, Really everybody deserves a chance just tread very carefully with craddocks, A lot of members on here have had very bad experiances with them. By the way people, If you remember my topic about craddocks( the one I got slated on for my grammer ) Well you know I bought through ebay to craddocks and they messed me about with the brake lines etc etc Well yesterday they left me positive feedback saying good transaction on ebay They still dont know anything about the order Even after the manager phoned to inform me they were wasting my time lol

The landy has a lift of 3 to 4 inches and People have said to remove the anti roll bar, I've heard it on here too. Some say it restricts articulation?? The landy is on HD springs so will removing the anti roll bar make any difference to ride on the road? I dont want to do it if its not safe Hope all are well tris

HEY Graham, I have also done this, In landrovers and cosworths etc, Not so much now though!! We have all done that at some point, When my landrover was standard it took some real abuse off road, So your landy will take more than you think. I enjoy you posts graham, Keep it up Rooooaaaaaahhhh!!!

You have to pay the added tax to the government to qualify to get anything back wouldnt you?? And then it would be very expensive

Oh ok, Just checked my prop and it has no play side to side, It only had play side to side when the uj was knackerd. If your uj has gone then you might as well replace it with one meant to handle a lift? Sorry cant help you much more, Your motor is looking gorgeous by the way!!

They are nothing but the scum of the earth, I know someone just now who is stealing diesel, Milk off door steps, Pop bottles. And when the police did the raid they found a few coppied dvds and that was it.
