Troll Hunter
I don't know where this was filmed, but it seems a lot of work to ease a parking problem. Then,, perhaps it was made just because .........! It does limit use of the rear door somewhat. http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/twisting-wheels-parallel-parking-gif-72915?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=08-12-19#post139761 Mike
Arjan
Think it is CGI....
western
It's all CGI made, note the rear suspension does not move when the weight comes of the roadwheels & no movement when the weight goes back on. that video is all over facebook LR pages

Escape
This very system was used in an prototype, 50s US, with the spare wheel at the end of the boot. It did work, but was too complicated and thus too expensive to put into production. And now every car has sensors and/or cameras and most high end cars can park themselves, so little point in revisiting the technology. Appearantly the technology dates back to the 1930s, but was only patented in the 50s. Also, with a Defender you can always make the parking space a bit bigger by moving the cars in front and behind. 😈 Filip
