landroversforever
I need some floor plates for the 90 build, specifically the R380 ones. I've seen some on ebay that are 3mm thick. Anyone used the thicker ones and found them any better than the stock ones I can't think of a reason why I need anything other than the stock ones, but I thought I'd ask! reb78
Would it be easier and cheaper to just cut some from some ali sheet Ross? They are just flat panels.
Dr Strangeglove
I believe thicker material stops more noise, but that also depends on density so I don't know how that will go on changing from steel to aluminium. Also with noise you have to do all of the barrier and you would only be doing a small part. Please keep us updated of what you do.
ianmayco68
I might have a pair knocking about in the shed Ross, I’ll have a look when I go out. Thought I’d answered your wanted add , sorry mind on other things at the minute, so must have forgot.
pete3000
YRM do them for 25 notes per side +vat. I'd not bother with the 25mm screws though they are too long. They should be no14 x 19mm and m6 form G washers. Pete

I don't think that Ross has suitable workshop facilities or the equipment to do simple cuts of sheet aluminium. Grabs coat ...

But thanks anyway!
