Been waiting over three weeks for an order to show and no response to emails and phone is constantly engaged tone or rings out - rapidly approaching the point where I have to place another order locally to get the bit I need for a car I'm selling, if anyone knows if the guy is on holiday,ill or having probs it would be useful. cheers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mocha Bear Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 I put an order in with them in the second week of Jan, got my order yesterday.... their communication is terrible every time i called them they said 'we were just about to call you.....' they didn't once respond to an e mail, they never called me back when they said they would, offered me no compensation for an order that took 5 weeks to come. don't think i will use them again anytime soon. Last year I rang and asked to buy a new hose, the bit on the outside, suffice to say that I will not be buying from them again. If anybody knows where that hose comes from, I'd be pleased to hear. I'll put it down to a cock up which we've all made, but I must say I wouldn't want to do business with them again, which is a shame as I find their products very good. BogMonster Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Having dealt with Rebel with trade orders over a number of years I think they probably have more business than they can cope with and struggle to keep up with demand.
