  1. you can if your ultra carefull but as they cost pence its not worth the effort to try to remove them to re use (they perish the same as tyres so will give grief further along the line) just cut them off on inside bead and bin them rob

  10. afaik they do have to be insured by some one for your 3rd party cover to be in force rob
  11. have you tried the caravan club one?(not 100% sure they do cover commercials tho) i say them as they cover motorhomes etc and caravans that are over 8meter long rob
  12. easy enough to do (24mm bolt if memory serves) and jacking up just makes it easyer to get under rob
  13. do a search as egr removal has been covered many many times yes its worth doing and is the first step towrds making your tdi much better performance wise follow up with de cat and interccoler/inlet manifold clean out then your into intercooler upgrades and tweaked fuel pumps as long as the rest of the engine is tip top rob

  15. very easy 1 spanner job just wind the lock bolt out with wheel turned untill it can no longer touch the radius arm ill have a look to see if i can find a pic of the bolt you need to adjust rob
  16. yep sounds like radius arm rub you could just adjust thelock stops to prevent it happening again wheel spacers will give you a better steering lock tho and you would really need the 4 otherwise it would look daft or you could get a bigger offset wheel also rob
