I know, i just like old and bulky tech. And allthough SJ's and Jimny's are good fun.. I can't feel them like a nice Series like your's or Sid and a few more on here.. Just my taste.. Even my motorbike is a heavy one with it's 240 kg😁

In the now, and with what you have.. Must say.. That is how i go aswell. Those water way's are in the head and not in the block, if i remember correctly? If so, would it help to instant gasket them up?

The drag link ball joint will be something to look at to, i think? Not to stress it at weird angle's?

I think mine are 30° at both ends. with a 110 mm slider. Phillip and morris ones

Can you tap that little hole to take a grease gun nippel? I use a grease gun for calipers when the pistons are really stuck. It allways works
