  4. Could you fill in the holes in the head gasket? So the ring's can't buckle?
  5. I think i would flush the coolant first. When that stay's nice and clean, it must have been just residue.
  6. You could take out a bit of the inside of the chassis legs. Beef it up with some 4 or 5 mm plate.
  7. As a reference.. Not the diameter🙂
  8. Would a motor cycle hose with two banjo's be easy? aeroquip hose and adapters would make it easy to diy.
  9. The bolt's are 12.9 you do not want to drill those out. splitting the caliper can't be very hard to do. After that you can just take off the swivel with the rest of the caliper. Grind the heads off , take the caliper off and tap the thread loose , while you support the ears on the swivel
  10. Split the caliper first, then jou can take the hub with the disk off. will make it less heavy.
  11. The rest of the problems must have rumbled as well.
  12. I use a set of Rocky Mountain parabolics. On the front i use a set of oil dampers, on the rear there are a set of gas dampers. The difference is really noticeable. The gas dampers make it a really smooth ride
  13. You are right.. The wheel does look good like that
  14. Does that not interfeer with the steering angle on the front?
