The way i did it, is making the spring seat's myself. If you want to keep it spring under, you could rotate the axle more forward. But that would alter diff angle and caster angle to. Setting the spring's lower down will lower the ride height, that can be changed with parabolic spring's , or militairy dumb irons and longer chackels. There is no easy way if you want to do this.
On my 109 there are 110 brakes all round. Braided hoses, later defender booster and mc. And Mintex pads. On 35's that are 41.5 kg a corner.. It stops hard when i need it.
