I do remember someone getting 35/12.5/1s for £115 all in with P&P.
But you can not get them in 35/10.5/16s as I reied and even asked them if they are going to make any and the answer was no. Not till more people ask for them.

I have had a text from someone down that way, he is camping at Rahyader. The river next to the camp site is up by about 5 foot. So I would say it is not safe to try Strada.

My 35/12.5/16s looked like that before they went on,
But with the +2" life they fitted ok,
You have to remember that the axle will rise as well, so it will only be 1/2 of the diffrance between the 2 tyre sizes.

My 35/12.5/16 fitted on the balancing machine at my local place, but it would not take any bigger. But I knocked the weights off first time out. So I got some of the balancing beads.

Yes I live in Oswestry. I was in Llanfyllin all this weekend, at the work house. sheeppimp on this forum lives in the same place as you.
I am away next weekend and will not get home till late each night this week. So it would have be the weekend after, unless you can get it down here.

Hi Andy,
I knew that, but I have only used the winch once in 6 months . But if I do have a problem with it I will go the knot route. I do always try to leave the last layer of wire (as it was) on the drum anyway.
But thanks for the advice.

Yes 9.5mm and one of yours Andy. But I did try to get it in without trimming, but it would not go. But all done now useing the grub screw, but I did think of doing it woth a knot as White90 said above.

Well all fitted. Yes it goes through the drum, I had to remove 5 strands at the drum end to get it to fit. Taped it and refitted the grub screw.
Just need to reload it tomorrow under a little load.
