I'd largely agree with that.  Crew cab pickups end up being grossly oversized and nowhere near as practical as people expect them to be.  For those of us who don't carry lots of passengers, a normal pickup would be preferable, yet very hard to find these days.  (Personally, a station wagon/van type body works best and I have a large trailer for those times when I need to carry a big, external load.  I don't really want that trailer permanently attached!)
