SteveG
Hi Tony You probably know already, but just in case you don't the Fedimas measure up about 36 to 36 1/2 inches IIRC from when Nick, RogueVogue first bought them. Better than no spare though Cheers Steve
white90
was considering getting a set of 5 rather than be held to Simex and their increasing aggro over spares. luckily I'm not desperate yet.

FridgeFreezer
Just been looking at Fedimas myself, anyone here run them, and if so how are they on the road?
ciderman
Their OK , but dont expect too much from them in the wet . Off road they are very good and because they are nearly 37" tall when new they tend to have an advantage over the 35" Simex . The sidewalls are over an inch thick and stand up to abuse quite well . And they are half the price of Simex equivlent .
white90
Emailed King wait the response if favorable I'll flog the 5 Simex I have to go towards the costs. 1 brand new 3 used 1 only good as a spare(carcass cut up, with a tube would suit as a spare) used ones have loads of tread left. Transglobal in Poole has moved to Fordingbridge. Now 'Forest Tyres' still import Feds. I was visiting him last Thurs but didn't see what stock he had. His no. is 08450940846 I guess he'll be back Tues He's sposed to be getting some 'creepy crawlers' in & i'm holding out to see what they're like. Rog. white90
£110+VAT each and no stocks at present with Simex at £138+vat seems a tad expensive to me personally
jules
£110+VAT each and no stocks at presentwith Simex at £138+vat seems a tad expensive to me personally Devon hold the Monopoly on Simex there is not much anyone can do to undercut them so it would be good if a better tyre was available to bring the price down

I'm waiting to see the creepy crawlies Jules..... Gary has no mates you do know him I have them sat in my garage, a mate is making my bead lockers and my LSE head gasket went at LRW and it has been at Colin Reads work shops ever since. My work contract is near completion and construction projects get a little busy when nearing the end and I'm off on holiday to Aus in a fortnight so I asked Colin to leave it till Sept when I get home. it will be up and running and have all its niggles sorted soon.
