pigster Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 It amazes me still that some people even expect to last that long... and saley - - I reckon fit enough to run about for a couple of hours, but a whole day... pha. no chance mate. besides the first session or two is training the driver to respond to commands like - STAY.. turn left, turn right.. , drive it you lazy s*d or you get out and ruddy well do it yourself you lazy son of a bad driver. I may need a translater mind, as I don't do northern that well, even Jesus has limits standards you know. jil6939 Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Well i put my headlights in today and dam that is ugly! i shall take it for MOT this week as if it wont pass now there is little hope after the first round rash sets in so its now or never and then i shall remove the ugly headlights and worry about them later. Oh yes i was also going to go over the trailer as it never gets the attention it deserves so we shall se how the MOT goes first.Slightly OT but has anyone changed the coupling damper on a KNOTT coupling as i think mine is shot ,going from the thump as it springs back after braking, are they easy to change? Dan It appears from the pic that it points down (which is good) and is shielded by the arch (which is also good) If there is a problem the Scrutineers will advise and request it is sorted by the next round.
