Tex Gore
Can anyone recommend somewhere who can fabricate me a fuel tank for my Disco bobtail? I want to mount the tank on the back in a secure frame, so it doesn't need to be anything flash - just an oblong type shape, and I don't care what it's made from. It's for diesel incidentally. Thanks in advance, TG
Spongie
There is a chap on eBay who seems to do good tanks. I'm possibly using this chap for my 101 tanks https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=135268766543890
missingsid
Replacement Series 1 tank was used by the trials guy's as it has bolts at the bottom and is sturdy with a cap on the tank unlike Series 2/3 which has a neck. Also it takes LR fittings. Marc.
discomark10
I run a series tank for my trayback, only thing I would say is its rather tall. But for a tank that cost me £20 I cant complain!

reb78
Will any of these do Tex? http://www.diesel-therm.com/fuel-tanks.htm They are all available on ebay from this seller: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Jay-Wolfe-Metalwork (No connection to me, but I was thinking of asking him to fab me one for my rear left wing on huge 110 if none of the generic plastic ones will fit in there). TJN
Tek tanks are really good for making custom tanks. www.tek-tanks.com
LandyManLuke
As an aside, I'm looking at Tek-Tanks for a couple of marine diesel tanks made to fit the boat's engine bay. Any further comments on them?
Daan
I would try to fit in something like this (similar to what reb 78 linked to): http://www.jazproducts.com/circle_fuel_cells.html I think rallydesign in the uk used to sell them, but they are no longer listed. I used them for the 80 liter water tank on the 130 and they were superb, another friend got them to build a custome tank for his 90 with baffles and fittings all really good and excellant quality.
