A-frame bracket bolt stuck

After a couple of hours of getting really annoyed I've left the old a-frame ball joint in place. I can't shift the rear-most of the two long bolts through the a-frame bracket. Everything else came of with a little persuasion, but that rear bolt was not moving!

Even managed to cause the threaded end to reshape like a bulb with repetitive hammering.

Impact wrench doesn't want to break what I guess is a rust/corrosion bond. Breaker bar just bends like I've never seen it bend before. Haven't tried using a jack and the breaker bar yet, for fear of just snapping the bolt and being really screwed.

Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance,

Scott

Having just changed an axle on the family hack, been there done that. Ended up taking the whole a frame off and despite battering the bejesus out of one of the bolts with a 14lb mell, the bugger was/is still there. sacrificed the ball joint housing in the end. No way was that bloody bolt coming loose, it is simply rust welded in place. Luckily had another ball joint housing kicking round. there is now enough copper slip on my vehicle to warrant weighing it in for scrap...
