Just don't fit the TDI filter housing with blanking plugs for the oil cooler hoses. It can starve the engine. There's a "how to" on the landyzone site.
My dad used to work for one of the zetor importers. He was the predelivery inspector. They used to drive them from the docks to the depot, along the quays in the centre of town. Racing tractors through the traffic! Couldn't do it these days.
Don't think so, internal non structural rot is probably best treated with a creeping cavity wax. Many superb products out there: dinatrol, built hambler, etc.
Don't use old engine oil, the drips cause motorbikes to crash. Waxoil is disappointing.
I've used straight phosphoric acid. Brush on. It dries white, remove all residue, wirebrush or whatever, and you are left with an almost galv surface. If there's still rust, repeat.
Basically, the cleaner, the better. Then 2k zinc phosphate on top. Ensuring the surface is well keyed, coarse sandpaper works for me.
Serial is vin number by rover
Con is the MOD contract that it was bought under. Fv is fighting vehicles I think.
Reg is the military registration, look it up on Merlin, b card from royal logistics.
Code is the specification, 109 ffr etc.
