  1. One of the reasons I've got all my shackles listed for sale is because I want to shift to having no metal liable to fly anywhere if possible. One of those rings are likely to be on the shopping list.
  2. Summit Racing do international shipping: https://www.summitracing.com/search/part-type/tires/tire-specialty/mud-terrain
  3. Didn't realise the taxi used the same box.... 1.5 turns may be a bit too fast for me. Have to admit, my quick ratio 4 bolt(2.5 turns I think) is lovely, driving any other LR feels soooooo slow.
  4. Normal winches just use a cammed twisty bit to lift the freespool... And yes, that's how the Goodwinch one works, pull to go into freespool.
  5. An 88 V8 should have a low pressure fuel pump anyway, shouldn't need a regulator.
  6. Use an in tank, much quieter, easier and cheap. I have two red tops on mine, they clank away so.... So.... Much.... Almost painful.
  7. Strop, couple of shackles... Jack... Umm Some time this year a winch and soft shackles. Gotta keep things light!
  8. Yes I think I found them, they were getting on for £20 or something daft!
  9. Yep, as per: 🫣 Cheaper than two at £20 which fail after a month. I tried a black topped Wurth one, was fine for a few weeks, then I let it sit for a month or so, came back and all the seals had swelled up and wouldn't pump up any more.
  10. I nearly made a similar comment, £18 tool, risking an £80 battery
  11. Here you go: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233375409415?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=IO4Gy46VRjq&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=AFY_9vavSse&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY Even has Bremsenreiniger written on it.
  12. I have all the bits bar a crush spacer to make your 1.2 a 1.4 for sale, if you are interested. And yes, Nige, had forgotten that, but ARB ones are NLA, I'm certain yours are better of course....
  13. Unknown, but no parts for Rd03 available which is the early 10 spline ARB.
  14. All correct, having swapped from 3 to 4 bolt on LGT it required new lines and to use the 4 bolt bolts.
  15. Less likely to leak, and the internals are a bit stronger than ARB. Much more engagement vs ARB, meaning thy more positively lock. ..... And parts availability over here is much better. Price wise an ARB is around £1000, Ashcroft is more like £600. If you want the sticker to out on your truck it will cost you a fair bit! The other option is a detriot style locker in the rear, and then a locker in the front, less buttons to press
  16. Ashcroft are cheaper and in many ways better.
  17. Yup, inspirational, and jealous all at the same time. Thank you, Stephen.
  18. What about the input signals? 12V into 3.3V microcontroller does not go...
  19. Doug, I have five, three long and two short. If any good, pm me your address again and I'll stick them in the post.
  20. I would say there's a strong likelihood that an M57 would bolt up to the existing gearbox, just need to find space for two extra cylinders, then you have 300BHP and much happiness.
  21. I *think* if you can prove build date you can apply for mot/tax exemption.
