  1. Is anyone here running registered version of TunerStudio? Is it worth to register it? thanks
  2. you have to find accurate position, mark it and start cutting. Start with less and than cut by bits. You will see when it is right. i've done three sets and every time the worst moment is to start.
  3. you are adjusting backlash when non running and centered
  4. It looks like to be a big project Better question will be what could remain at its place...I have wet insulation instantly and it starting to be quite rusty underneath. What i do from time to time is to lift the carpets and leave them for a few days. Unfortunately it is not helping much.
  5. I have MS2 with EDIS. I intended to wire up LPG injectors in same way as Petrol injectors. So i will just switch circuit between them together with fuel and ignition maps. What do you think? What about injectors setting in MS2? What if i leave there petrol constants? will it be working with LPG injectors? many thanks
  6. I would not go lower than 1.4 Yes acceleration and city driving will be better, but on highway rpm will be higher. Especially when you are travelling somewhere 600km at 110km/h on highway. I have 3.9 auto with 1.4 on 35 simex and it is accurate. But when you are not travelling long distances or mostly in cities it is not an issue.
  7. you will need complete transfer box selector lever (or how it is called?). You will need to trim a bit interior tunel panel to make more space for lever and make difflock indication. Then front propshaft-shorter. Other depends on selected transfer box. From which car and year. Maybe hand brake, speedometer cable...Outputshaft from gearbox should be fine as it is manual. In auto version there are two versions with different spline lenght.
  8. What injectors and vapouriser would you recommend for Sequentional LPG (3.9V8)? I was thinking about OMVL dream xxi and OMVL injectors: OMVL dream xxi OMVL injectors
  9. I've tried once EBC Greenstuff in my RRC and had no problems (apart they worn very quickly). It looks like defective pad and i would contact supplier.
  10. Try http://www.devon4x4.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=37846&category_id=108&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=14
  11. I was running 34" Jungle Trekkers on 10 spline shafts for couple of years without a problem. I think all depends on driving style. As for bolt lenghts, 6 inches is far enough (for 2" bodylift)
  12. and you will definitely need two pair of hands.
  13. I have same setup as you and i am using 24V also under heavy loads.
  14. http://www.magamtrophy.pl/en/7,gallery.html looks like it will be very wet event...
  15. I currently have two classics (3.9V8) and one P38 (2.5tds). As for daily driver i will choose P38 4.6 with lpg.
  16. Hello, please what do you think about using MS to run/drive sequentional LPG? I mean to direct driving LPG injectors? What about switching between petrol and LPG using one ECU? Table switching functionality in MS is switching both ignition and VE table? So if i somehow manage to switch injectors wiring (also with LPG solenoids) between petrol and lpg injectors together with ingnition and VE table will it work? Or don't bother and fit complete LPG front end kit with dedicated ECU etc? thanks for ideas Erik
  17. Registration is now open...
  18. try to disconnect linkage from transfer case. Then turn with mechanism in transfer case with spanner. Do you have indication that central lock is engaged?
  19. i did it very long time ago, but if i remeber well i used i bit of grease instead of sealant...
  20. Maybe i am lucky, but i had no problem with bleeding my ABS (RRC with TC). As Bowie69 said strictly follow instructions (for example in Rave manual).
  21. What do you think about using 3.9 janspeed exhaust for 4.6? Will it work correctly? thank you
  22. is it working when you disconnect linkage -> alignment? if still not, you will have to look inside.
