  2. That's why I put the Item No on as well £3.99 plus post (not Mine) Peter
  3. Like this Les? Item No 230158266477 e-blag Peter
  4. I have a Toyota LC, it tows like no other, I also run at 80% SVO at 52p ltr. They are not with out problems you need to do a lot of looking around to find a good one, I have done the big end bearings and a few other mods to mine since I've had it but all as preventive maintenance. Peter
  5. I have faced mine backwards saves a lot of carp going in to air filter, I did find 2 Blue Tits in their last year they had the life sucked out of them. Peter
  6. I think that if I built a car that I could drive through every section put in front of it I would soon get bored with it, and look for something more challenging, build in reliability and you are half way there. The bigger and better the vehicle the more challenging and harder it is to set out and find land to use. Peter
  7. I drive 1500miles to an event do the event and then drive home 1500miles, I have also found broken steering/suspension parts when I have got home which is not good. I do inspect the motor the best I can before leaving but it not like having the ramp to do it. I have a trailer and a Toyota Land Cruiser which would tow my 90 with ease but I prefer to drive my comp motor to the event and back that to me is part of the fun and challenge, I pay for Green Flag Europe so am covered if needed. I did use to take my racer to hill rallies etc. on a trailer and more often that not that came home bent (tree's kept jumping out on me) I am sure if I had to drive home it would not have been bent so often. You can override the MOT computer for day light MOT only. Peter
  8. Dave, The honour was all mine, that's what you said Steve, do I know this person you call the lovely Kaye? Peter
  9. Is that not Straight Forward Supplies? Peter
  10. I know/Met loads of you too many to list. Peter
  11. Very true, you bet your life it has already seen 80 plus or 3500rpm if a dealer has driven it, Peter
  12. Yep sure am, looking forward to it already. Peter
  13. Personally I would not travel with a trailer, weight & ferry costs etc all add up. It really depends on how many people you have with you, and where you are going/doing. Peter
  14. I had one turned from a billet, plus had 8mm end put on not as heavy as I thought it would be but is a nice job. Peter
  15. I thought that the driving off with May on the Bumper Dumper was good . Peter
  16. Jules do you think that they did all that today then?
  17. Thank's I should have said I want Stainless steel fittings most only do coated end's but Scrapion do full SS. also I don't like the idea of paying for 1mtr when I want 500mm. Sorry for the Hijack Smo! Peter
  18. Just replaced mine with 3/16 copper nickel pipe, just need some longer rear flexi hose's only place I have found what I want is Scrapion so hanging on for a few days to see what else I can find. Peter
  19. I had a good run their and back, the mud was OK as just sploshed through, the stands were in a muddle could not find some of them, found the SLRC stand met up with Jez FF Dan etc. Bought some springs from Si, missed Chris (Exact fab) shame as would have liked to catch up with him again. As for the food stands what a load of carp, and the wrist bands what a joke, we arrived 5 up in my wife’s 307, drove in said I was trade with a pass and they waved me through parked up near Vinnies restaurant, walked around show for 2 hrs then took stuff back to car, then little Hitler would not let us back in because we had no wrist bands, told him we had not be issued any, he called 4 other jokers on radios and walked us up to the main gate who could not give a ****, we did get some wrist bands eventually but only 3 they did not bother about the other 2. Worst show yet. I bet Richard Green had a smile on his face, after seeing the weather as I think Kelmarsh would have been a wash out. Peter
  20. I had a PP from Richard no problem, you can also find him on D44 site as rdover. Peter
  21. Yes the small drain plug is in the centre bottom of sump possibly an allen key, you will only get about 4.5 ltr out as you can't drain the TC, you need the engine running and in N to refill. Or check level (Engine running in N) if OK measure what you get out and replace with same amount with engine off down the dip stick tube. To refresh all the oil, you need to repeat a few times which can be expensive. Peter
  22. Hi Julian, I hope to go next year, just need to get my 90/100 back together Looking forward to 3peaks first. If you do drive through I will come over, and then drive down with you. Peter
