zulublue
I am looking for a new Tubular winch bumper to fit me 8274 onto, I want one with a A frame on it but with the side that taper out (not straight down) the only one I can find and like is from Scrapion which is £381 inc vat plus £30 delivery. Is there anyone else I can go to before I commit a sin.

LandyManLuke
Speak to WVA Holdings/Safari-quip, they probably make them for scrapiron, and will be cheaper i reckon.

FridgeFreezer
For £400 I'd imagine there are a few forumers who'd make you a bespoke one. NeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeoooooooooooooBANGtissshhh!
Mark
Cheers Lars, That was option 2 for me, but obviously no A frame, but alot cheaper A-frame version was at the bottom of the page - I would have thought they would do that on the 8274 version if you asked nicely.. zulublue
Is this any good? No I am affraid not, they are the wrong fittings for the 8274, but thanks anyway I had already looked at Spence's stuff.
SteveG
It's a matter of personal taste, but for an 8274 I'd go for Devon 4x4 or Southdown tapered bumper. Much better made than tubular bumpers in my opinion. Cheers Steve

Dunc
Have a search on Eblag for Guardian products. Their bumpers are lush, and have the 'A' frame you want.

Lewis
Have a search on Eblag for Guardian products.Their bumpers are lush, and have the 'A' frame you want. In my experience the quality wasnt that good, the finish is thin and wears off easily Also IMO the matt black finish looks horrible
