I have some "difficulties" in communication with them. I is some parts I ordered and they are left in shop, since then difficulties started. They should be able to get your money back for you. Then look for a more ethical company and buy the parts you need from them. I think DEFS is Dutch, and as such Section 75 may not apply as it does in the UK. There may be some protection in Dutch law too?
