  1. Cheers Les ill give that a go. I've just remembered the clutch pedal also keeps sticking down & you have to flip the pedal back up with your toe.
  2. My otherhalf has a 1994 300TDi Defender 110 fitted with an R380 Gearbox. The clutch pedal has sunk to a couple of inches above the floor. There is still some travel on the pedel so the car is drivable. Back around christmas time I changed the slave & master cylinder & set it all up correctly. I fully bled the system, & it has been alright for a few months. Checked the fluid at the weekend & it's full to the top. In the few years she's had the car it has had 2 or 3 slave cylinders & a couple of master cylinders, I always fit lucas parts. The car had done about 60,000 miles so I think it is still on it's original clutch. There has always been a clunk, when changing gears as if something is sticking in the box. The car drives & tows alright it pulls like a train. Why do you think it's eating hydraulic clutch parts. Are the springs on the clutch getting tired & this causing the clunking. Many thanks

  9. I've got a 1/2" Drive one from Difflock http://shop.difflock.com/land-rover-socket...drive-p-58.html
  10. Thankyou for your help. Im now starting to get very confused with this. After a quick google of the part number I have found these http://www.lrdirect.com/customer/product.php?productid=35481 http://www.bajatech.nl/popup_image.php?pID=95â„‘=0 Both these are PRC8878 with 5 terminals. The link you've posted is for a PCR8876. Is this the relay I require. Many thanks
  11. Sorry to drag this to the top again. A PRC8878 Flasher Relay will not fit as it has 5 pins on the bottom. The relay thats fitted is a 4 pin Lucas YWT10002. So my question is is the a HD version of the YWT10002. Many thanks Martin
  12. Has the wire dropped off the fuel shut of solenoid, meaning no fuels getting into the engine.
  13. My mates now got 6 indicators fitted to his disco 1. When indicating it now flashes the trailer warning light. Can some one give me the part number for the H/Duty Relay to stop this happening please. Many thanks
  14. Im use halford's pro screwdrivers everyday at work as an auto sparky. Never broken one yet. At the moment I thik there offering a free set with 5 ltrs of engine oil.

  16. After reading various post's on the forum im a bit confused. Is there any reason why I can't fit Disco Steel Wheels to a Defender 110 Station Wagon. I know they'll fit the hubs etc. My biggest concern is there load rating. Is it big enough for the vehicle. As I don't want to void the insurance by fitting these wheels. Many thanks Martin
  17. Go into Halfords, they'll have some of there pro socket sets on offer at the moment. Very good quality & they come with a life time guarantee.
  18. I got a mobile storage systems cubby box. Im very happy with it.
  19. Ive got the evs runlock fitted to my van. Its very good & took a 1 1/2 to fit. Was looking at making one for the defender I had it down to 3 relays. Ill have to see if i can dig the setch out. HTH
  20. I had this very problem on a 110. I had to remove the gaiter around the gear sticks in the cab. There's a sponge rubber sound deadening material. This had pushed down to far, & stopped the metal rod's moving sidewards. Pulled up the rubber up & I could use diff lock again.
  21. If I had one it would be the same place as Western's, but ive got two fitted one each side of the rear door. I've mounted the switch between the lighter socket & rear wash wipe switch.
  22. PM me your email address & ill send you a copy
  23. Thanks for the info. I'll get some spare shims, some new seals and some bearing just incase. I can then have a go fixing it over christmas. Cheers
