I have a 300 conversion on my 200, not a lot of work, but a good cutting pattern is needed, (I used the panels off a 300)
the early disco 2 headlighs are a straight swap for 300 headlights, but the facelift ones need a LOT of cutting, and chopping the wings, I have seen it done, anything is possible on a landrover.
By the person who imports them,
he tells me the seals etc were altered for one person, so they added them to the line, as its easier to fit the same spec to every item going down the line,
or do you beleive they pull off a few hundred and personally hand build them using unique parts?
You probably need the longer brake hoses,
try the car with a lift and if you are happy it drives ok, dont bother with castor correction, some need it most dont.
235/85/16 and 265/75/16 fit with a bit of trimming on the rear arches, (camel cut)
I am about to swap the lower hinge this weekend, the doner door hinges are bolted on to the door and held by what looks like big pop rivets.
is that what they are?
