  1. I haven't changed the drag link yet (one in front of the axle), only the track rod . You won't be disappointed by the Sumo bars! For the track rod, I fitted each T.R.E. into the tube about half way and adjusted from there Sorry if you already know this, but to get them lined up I wedged something long and straight across each hub and measured in front and behind the axle. Adjusting the Track rod as needed.
  2. Corteco seals for me . If the seal appears not to fit, it's the hub not the seal... One of my hubs had a massive burr on the edge.

  15. Depending on the jointing, it will be just as strong with the diagonal as pictured... it will just be in tension and relying on the joints more than if it was the opposite way and in tension. going to Pimp a project of mine a couple of years ago :

  17. Genuine will come in a LR box, not necessarily made by LR but to their standards. as fitted in the factory. OEM Orignal Equipment Manufacturer, made by the same people the make it for LR to the same specs.
  18. OSB will be fine for a few years if painted/sealed correctly. here's a better pic of the above:
  19. Basic construction looks good to me James. You could fill the air gap with some rockwool for a bit of warmth . My only concern would be security Could you make something like this door to close over the lot?
