  1. Puppies !!!!!! They'll keep you busy alright.. I think there are a few people here who love puppy pictures... Deep sigh.... As the Ladies are getting older we have started to look around where to go... Working Golden Retrievers that is. Not easy these days...
  2. Looks good ! I suggest some additional lights over the workbench ?
  3. Very Nice ! ... mine will live under the workbench
  4. Good afternoon, Knowing the D4, have a talk with Land Rover and their trailer options. We use several wireless camera's on the various trailers - and in the horse truck. Power is from the trailer lights. LR had / has a trailer package and I remember seeing some onboard camera's linking into that system.
  5. That looks very much a Series III box to me
  6. You'll need shades to work there ! Very Nice !!
  7. How about some Dutch Beer / French wine ?
  8. Like this would be perfect ! As soon as we can travel, I'm planing a UK Raid. Need to collect a Ninety roof, ArgoCat motor to mention a few thing and Penicuik will be included..
  9. I'd love to have one !!! It is a very nice size anvil Eventually this whole virus #@$%% will end and travel starts again. And that travel will bring me in Penicuik - so that is almost your place.... Timing ?
  10. Very Nice ! I just just 40 cm of rail....
  11. Many are build on a 110 chassis at the production line and, in thiose days, rolled to SV to be cut and extended. LR rarely bothered to change the VIN details Many V5 docs say they're 110.
  12. Like others said, why the lift as for road use it counters what you seem to want to achieve. I prefer KONI shocks But, really, you need to weigh the vehicle and ask specialists for their opinion - so many variables...
  13. Like FF said, upgrade the wiring, regardless of your plans to use 100 W bulbs. Good quality cable, properly fused and switced to relais make a lot of difference - esp. to headlamps !
  14. BTW.... We had new fabric fitted to the hardshell - and it is looking for a new home..
  15. Using a roofrack as a base adds kilo's at an height you least want it.. This rooftent is 105 kgs. A hardshell is different On the 110 we used it on a Brownchurh - on the Series with 3 Famous Four roof carriers (Can't access pics on the Server from here) I very much like the hardshell as it allows me to leave the bedding in there - something I never mastered with the fold out types..
  16. Depends on the hardshell. I've used both. But for 2, hardshells are somewhat small usu. 3 FamousFour roofbars make a good support for a hardshell
  17. Anything can go there but you need to ask yourself if you really want to do that. It is a lot of weight and high up. Are you looking at a hard shell or fold open ?
  18. FWIIW... We're here in France way further in Lockdown than you guys but for us here it is basically "business as usual" - we have offices at home, plenty of space, Land Rovers around and horses with plenty of space for them to play. Very busy, a lot of new work and some challenging comms issues, but other than that we're very busy. Class room courses, obviously, have come to a halt but we 're tele teaching and simply rescheduling a lot.
  19. As some know, we took a very different route : We did this conversion some 25 years ago - Power steering box : IH Scout - Power steering pump : ex. Citroen - Steering column : Ninety - Collapsible column : Jaguar / Ninety - Hydraulic hoses : Pirtek
  20. You have a good girlfriend !! Hope the specialist does not want an arm & legs...
