What I love the most about this build is, it's being done on a driveway outside with a double garage that is only a workshop (as you can't get the car in there). Yes you have a good selection of tools but most are attainable by your average Joe, and yes you have a good skill set but again that's learnable. You sir are an inspiration to us all and for that I thank you. Now get on and finish it, I neeeeeed to see it finished.

Mike

What I love most about you Mike is your absolute neeeeeed to see this finished....lol

Agree totally with the tools and skill comments

I also take a lot of inspiration from contributions within this forum

Best shut up and get on Mike's waiting.........

Didn't bother going to bed from nightshift this morning, dry and daylight hours being the driving factor......

Sleep later

Tub and bulkhead off again..

Engine and box in again...to stay

Looking fantastic! (as ever!)

Are you going to give the engine a bath? 😁

Cheers

Dave

Thank you

Engine bath low on the list of priorities at the moment, need to make sure everything fits and works, once I know it all goes together, then I can look at the nice to do's

Main focus at the moment is to get it back running before winter sets in regards Stephen

Anyone else and I'd be doubtful that would happen, you on the other hand are a bit of a wildcard ;)

Can't wait to see this crawling about!

No pressure but any thoughts in ETA?

Me too..

I've missed  a few targets, my own health and losing my mum to cancer forced me to lose ground, but that's life. I am however trying to make up lost ground but weather and darkness are not my friends

It doesn't help when I've got ideas in my head for making the front panel causing me more work but that will be for later or never if my tinkering does not pan out how I want it to but as I've said before nothing ventured nothing gained

Anyway enough waffling on, need to get body on, lined up etc, need to cycle suspension again to see what it's like with body on then I can spend a wee bit of time swapping all the other bits over like pedals etc which should be fairly straight forward as there is nothing bespoke involved

How's tomorrow afternoon sound.........

Please don't hold me to that......

this is warp speed compared to anything I could do..

We need to agree to disagree on that, seven sisters would not have happened without you own warp speed

Do remember to look after yourself as well, Stephen, nowt more important.

What I do in the workshop looks after me, I can't explain how metalworking lifts me, but it does, very effectively and the icing on the cake is the kind words from all you guys.....

Not necessarily metalworking, but being in the shed is vital to me too, same reasons, and why I have a day off a week to do stuff like that.

My wife understands my need to have a project on the go, unfortunately she's decided next year's project is an extension on the house.
