It's amazing how quickly and nicely you reproduce all these bits.

Thank you

I guess because of previous comments about some of my work looking stock ( thank you all ) when completed that that should be the standard in what I try to do, I've always worked fairly quickly also which is not always good, sometimes I should consider the drawing board....lol

Last but not least my 3mm stainless tank, I know how heavy really, but great for putting a high lift under

I may have to remake this as upto now I have not tried to fit it but I have a sneaky suspicion my nuke spec trailing arm bracket will be in the way. Time will tell regards Stephen

The ibex rear tank is 3mm stainless and I've put a 6mm steel tank guard under it just to be sure.

I think the annealing temp for ally is only in the 80 to 90 degree range, there was a thread about edge folding a while back, what you have achieved is great but perhaps some soap and a torch might help another time??

I agree with you entirely.

I have annealed aluminium for when I've pressed some of the panels for my project, however I chose not to anneal because I wanted the rigidity to give me strength, panels I have annealed in the past stay easily manipulated for too long, I would rather have the strength now as appose to waiting for the panels to work or age harden, don't want to risk panels deforming because they are still to soft if you get my drift regards Stephen

will need to source a schrader valve pressure gauge that goes above 200psi so I can check pressures to ensure they are identical regards Stephen

i wouldnt put more than 200psi into them as a maximum pressure, more than that can make them ride terribly or skew the ride height / spring rates

Had not planned on more pressure, looking for 200psi which is factory supplied, my thoughts were a gauge going to a higher pressure would not be at its limit if only scaled to 200 regards Stephen
