steven Hart Posted May 15, 2008 Share Posted May 15, 2008 ok lets have one in td5 format please!how much? my allispotyed mapped and cooled td5 is now sluggish as hell! :( Might be worth checking Welds on intercooler for splitting which I've had happen 3 times with the one I have (1 Bar Boost) last time took vehicle back to ally-sport Andrew replaced a tank but there are worrying signs yet of happening again. Clean the intercooller as best you drive it around for about 100 miles then check the oil cooling welds for sign of oil which is a sure sign there is a problem. the slightest hole in the weld will cause boost problem and eventually the Cooler will split.
