Godlykepower
as a deposit, of a deposit Damn, thought I'd scored there! My garage has a S1 lying around......every time I go in, I'm so tempted to make him an offer, and start a project like this. .....probably end up getting divorced if I did though. simonr
That looks lovely. Reminds me of my first Land Rover AEF 568A - which was a bit more scruffy, but I thought it was fantastic! Si
nas90
Excellent restoration, looks like you put in plenty of hard work over the past few months / years? Just wish I had the time, knowledge and patience to do the same thing
bigblue110
cheers everyone, me and a mate started before christmas(just gone) and have all but just a few minors to sort out. we've done it in every spare hour after work usually only a hand full of hours sleep a day just to get up and do another 16+ hours. stupid i know and yes there was a period in the middle where we both asked why the hell are we doing this and as a result thought that the finish would not be as we wanted, but we slogged on through and thank fu*cough* shes in the state shes in now. i can finally return to being a drunk! along with putting a v8 auto into a freshly aquired 90 and turning my shed of a 110 hard back into a csw for a trip across europe, all to be done this year, well thats what i keep telling myself anyway

There was a really nice LWB in the car park near me last week and it made me smile just walking past it. Will

SteveRK
Although Series Land Rovers often look really tasty when modified I have to say that your 'Factory As New' looking example looks absolutely stunning - Even if you have second thoughts about all the work involved your Series will live on for a few years yet!
