bluespanner
Just spotted these on the bay Ebay Anybody come across these rose joint things? I reckon they would give a really harsh ride, as theres no bushing at all! Roland
LittleBlue88
Someone posted up about those a couple of weeks ago...........i like cos it would bring the ride back to a Series standard
Holyzeus
These particular arm's have been covered before on here, personally rose jointed = no give without bushes
Tractorboy16
Iv got a mate who has just fitted some rose joints like these usng an agricultural top ling from a 3 point linkage, he has kept the rubber bush though, look good bar he hasn't upgraded the radius arms so i think he is now going to do that, be interesting to see how they work, its on a range rover bob which isn't being build for much road work at all however, just off road. will_warne
Welding on the chassis end brackets doesn't look great and the design effectivly makes the radius arms shorter becasue the pivot point is moved backwards - not good for bump steer. That's without going into the quality of the tube/joints....
landmannnn
Simple answer, if Scrapiron copy it, it is good. If they don't bother then neither should you.

SteveG
fine if you don't mind changing out the rose joints every six to nine months. Steve
smo
Rose joints are superb.....on track cars and race cars, they are not so good offroad, they wear quickly and have no give.
Mo Murphy
I really don't think that those could be described as X-arm alternatives Mo
