mikec
May sound weird, but I like that, infact I'd fancy a go in it!
Boris113
There is a similar series 1 that has been floating around on the internet for a couple of years. http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=readersrides&action=display&thread=40056&page=1 Sadly I can't find the original 20+ page build thread of it but there are some pics on the above link. From memory it runs a narrowed disco back axle, the front independent suspension from a 1960s car (possibly an austin??) and a rover 3.5 via rear wheel drive...it would certainly be a laugh to drive! Aragorn
Its pretty cool IMO. Bear in mind its not actually a landrover, i believe its a Rover P4 chassis, with the land rover body sat on top. Sort of different take on the rat-rod idea.

There is one in the US that's been done in a similar way, but using I think a Vw beetle floor pan

Rob_B
Looks like a Beetle front axle on the one in the first post. I do like the looks of the one in the 3rd post.

o_teunico
"Someone got their portals upside-down" That´s a common practice in ultra-low deck buses
