Jamie_grieve
For the cab tilt, why not use some coil springs near the front and keep it all mechanical? I'd never seen this arrangement until I recently got a Gaz 66 and it works really well. Can you post a few more pics of your hinges and lock assembly? I've been meaning to make a tilting cab for years. How does the steering column get on with the tilting cab?
Lewis
Isuzu 7.5tonne trucks just have a handle on the back of the cab, as far as I can see there's no spring or assistance of any kind. Unless a c303 cab is vastly weightier than a c202 cab then it wouldn't be an issue

BritanniaBoy
Amazing! I'm currently planning out a very similar set-up for my 130 expedition vehicle, except using a mechanical injection pump on the engine.May I ask where you bought the 722.6 controller, and how much you paid? Will be subscribing and following this with much interest!
supaimpy
For body panels look for refrigerated body builders, they can make foam insulated panels ideal for a camper , strong and light

chosenview
Looks great I'd quite like to swap out the difflock vacuum controls, after 40 years they look a bit fragile. How have you integrated switches on your dash to the diff locks? Steve

How have you integrated switches on your dash to the diff locks? Steve I dont quite understand. Do you mean you also have a C303 that you want to swap the controls on? Or are you recommending that i do it? I have replaced all of the vac piping and removed the orignial manual valves, replace those with a bank of 3 solenoid valves controlled by the switches. HoSS
Why change the vaccum locks? they are reliable and we have a ready supply of vaccum and a reserve tank built in. I changed all the hoses to push fit and put 3 solenoid valves to simplify.

HoSS
Its the switches that worry me. they look very fragile with age Agreed, and more so all of the hose runs. I fitted 3 solenoid valves on a manifold, it simplifies it greatly. I will grab a pic later for you.
