Guest noggy
just been browsing our favorite auction site and see this, does this look dodgy to you? how can people spell so badly? and wtf is a TD3 engine? out of a "2005 TD3" if I'm not mistaken if it was 2005 it would be a TD5 but in the picture it doesnt look like one! ebay
rtbarton
Looking through his feedback he doesn't seem to be a candidate for the Diplomatic Corps!

landmannnn
The recovery truck in the background makes me think he is probably a a part time trader. As for the typing there are several people I work with with similar typing skills. (and they have pc's on their desks)
lrfarmer
i think it's someone who dosen't know land rover as the pic of the engine it looks like a 300tdi
Les Henson
Yep - 300TDi with no air filter either, I wonder why it's been removed. The turbo pipework looks a bit lashed-up as well and the top rad hose is quite kinked. The top breather hose gets squashed against the underside of the bonnet when it's closed as well. Quite a few wires/pipes have been altered on the drivers side too. Not a bad looking truck on the whole though. Les.
kkk2
Cooling fan has been cropped also, and the 300 tdi engine has such a good tolerance to overheating too :o
Keith Keir
Maby he thought TD3 is a shortend 300 TDI It could be a ok landrover just the guy with it isnt so tuned up with landrovers
ste clark
oh my god that was so badly listed it was hard to read.. got a headache now.. looks the part anyway.. maybe a candidate for the spare 200tdi motor i have or is it a td2? Timmy511
he just another person who think he knows loads bout landrover because he owned one. being a landrover, so long as the chassis and bulk head are ok, everything else is a fairly easy/quick swap or reapir. it would make a nice play toy. having said that, roll cage is it mounted to the chassis or not? rear crossmember???? buyer beware me thinks. Exmoor Beast
I think I'd have had two minutes with the pressure washer before photographing it if I was going to list it on ebay! Will
Badger90
im glad i just wasted a few mins of my life look at that haha.. i agree it look dodgy, wouldnt touch it with a barg pol. look like that 300tdi has been shoved on lt77 because that bloody far back, infact where the 200tdi should sit. the fan looks like it had its blades shortend or is it just me, and it cant be 2005 on f-reg plate sam
task
looking at his feedback he managed to sell the same shogun twice for different cost but with the same description 7 days apart. My guess would be one was his mate bidding and managed to over bid.

Check the questions for the second shogun "Q: any rewason why the last guy who one never took it" "A: my mate won it wasnt selling it for that price" And in the end it went for lower than the first auction
