Hybrid_From_Hell
Apart from a few other probs, I need to sort the bonnet retainer out The std unit has broken (again) so am binning it Bonnet pins and R clips etc seem to be 1st choice, but what are the other options ? I seem to rememebr reading about some flush fitting 2 x Oval bonnet clips / things what are they and are they any good Or any other options ? sean f
I think they are called Aerocatches or something similar, Demon Tweeks sell them among others. I have a pair on my bonnet and they work fine, all the advantages of a pin and clip arrangement, simple and secure and also flush fitting. Takes a bit more measureing and lining up than a traditional pin would but nothing to taxing, they are also SVA / IVA compliant if that matters. Daan
aero catches catch dirt and shatter if you bash the front. But if aero is your main priority, use them.
